Electronic register application procedure for companies is quicker now

The Law on Amendments of the Law on the Registration Procedure in the Serbian Business Registers Agency brings novelties about the electronic register application procedure for companies i.e. about the deadlines for deciding upon receiving the electronic applications.

The amendments of the abovementioned law are enforced through the article 15 that precisely states the deadline within which the Business Registers Agency needs to reach a decision upon receiving the establishment registration. In addition, the problem of filing an electronic establishment application on non-working days is solved. The company establishment process will additionally be quickened by the enforcement of this provision, which is definitely of interest to citizens and investors, and the possibility of the electronic application refusal due to its filing on non-working days will be prevented.
