The Law on Amendments of the Law on the Registration Procedure in the Serbian Business Registers Agency- persons authorized to start the registration procedure

The Law on Amendments of the Law on the Registration Procedure in the Serbian Business Registers Agency brings novelties about persons authorized to start the registration procedure.

The novelty is enforced through the added act 5a in which persons who can file the company establishment application are itemized. This provision avoids the arbitrary interpretation of the provision by the Agency officer,as well as the possibility of having an unauthorized application filed.
Through this provision it is always known exactly who can file an establishment application for any type of company.
